In 2009 Phil Saladyk and his father, Stan started Paladin InfoTek (Paladin IT). The goal was to create a company that provides enterprise-like IT services to small and medium-sized businesses. Paladin IT offers clients a managed services package that provides 24 X 7 monitoring of all their systems and includes unlimited helpdesk service as well as onsite support for a fixed monthly fee.
Paladin IT is an independent managed service provider to small and medium size organizations with 5-50 users who utilize Windows, Windows Server or Mac OS operating environments.
Our philosophy is to provide our customers with computer solutions that meet their business and budget needs. We focus on preventive IT services that keep your computer and network systems running at their best and strive to fix problems for our customers before the customers are even aware of the problem. We provide fast response and experienced technicians whether you require phone/remote support or someone at your office when issues cannot be resolved remotely.
Finally, we work with all our customers to implement dependable Business Continuity and security tools to give you the comfort of knowing that your critical business systems and data are protected.
What is a Paladin?
1Pal-a-din n. 1. Champion, fighter, hero, protector; someone who fights for a cause. 2. In the late 1950s and early 1960s an American television series, “Have Gun — Will Travel,” starred Richard Boone as a protector and problem solver for towns/people in trouble. His name was “Paladin”.
Continuum is the IT management platform company that provides Paladin IT with the tools to maintain servers, desktops, mobile devices and other endpoints for their small- and medium-sized business clients. Paladin IT also uses security tools provided by Continuum (Webroot SecureAnywhere Business-EndPoint Protection and Malwarebytes) to enhance the security of its’ customers.
Continuum also provides HelpDesk and NOC (Network Operations Center) Support to Paladin and has over 165 HelpDesk certified technicians in Pittsburgh and over 600 NOC support staff.
